For those who love the anime: Haikyu!! Did original fanart of Ushijima although I'm not a fan of him. I just wanted to try to draw the eagle. Reference of Ushiwaka is from a screenshot from 3rd Season, episode no.6. Reference for eagle is from thumbs.dreamstime.com. Character credit to Haruichi Furudate.

I think the face is a little bit smaller for his neck. And, the left and right side of his face is uneven. Different lines. Well I'm not sure if he's directly facing front or tilting his face a little bit backward to the right. I think it would be nice if the lips were more define. Like giving more volume to the upper lip.
